Trash Diary 1/18/11

I’m trying to figure out how I’m using some of the paper towels/napkins so I can ID ways to reduce usage.

4 napkins (one for the coffee cup leakage, three for breakfast and lunch at catered meeting)
2 plastic plates and plastic fork (same catered meeting)
Paper cup (from the catered meeting lunch – but they did have reusable glass bottles to provide water service for the meeting)
Chip bag (same lunch)
Egg shells
Small plastic bag
Paper towel (a few from hand drying at public restroom, one during dinner prep clean-up and one as napkin for dinner)

Non-redeemable glass bottle

Cup with lid
